If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, or exchange for another product within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (30 days or so). Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner’s Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), and show no signs of wear or use.  Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc) are not returnable.  Just call our toll free number 1-877-495-0600 to let us know you want to return your item.  Please have your order number located on your sales receipt handy so we can verify your purchase.
