We have the most options for shipping.  Most online musical instrument retailers give you the options that make them the most money.  Other online stores don’t have the capability or don’t want to hassle with several shipping options.  We care about musicians so we offer everything from USPS First Class to UPS 2nd day.  With automatic shipping calculation you know before you purchase what the shipping cost will be.  You can choose for yourself which shipping method is best for you!

Technical Support:

We offer technical support on all the products we sell.  When you contact us you won’t get some sales person who is ready to take your order, you will get a caring family member who will take the time to answer your questions fully.  If we don’t know the answer we will find it for you.  We are authorized dealers for all of the products we sell so we have inside access to manufacturers’ technical assistance.  Let us work for you!

Pricing:

You can be sure you are getting a great value.  Most of the manufacturers we deal with have Minimum Advertised Price Policies.  That means we cannot advertise the price lower than the minimum established by the manufacturer.  However, we can sell the item for much lower.  You must contact us directly for us to give you the best price.  If you want to know, we’ll tell you what our dealer cost is so you will be assured you are getting a fair price.

Security:

Online transactions are secured by Thawte so you can rest assured that your credit card information will not be misused.  We don’t give out your contact information to anyone for any reason so you don’t have to worry about your email address being sold to spammers.  We will place you on a mailing list for our store but only if you request it and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Social and Environmental:

We care about our society and environment.  Ten percent of profits are donated to non-profit charitable organizations.  All of the boxes that are not reused in shipping are recycled.
